"Each year, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), recognizes exceptional leaders, advocates, and organizations throughout the country. NAMI Juneau was selected as the 2018 Outstanding NAMI Affiliate! This annual award "recognizes a NAMI Affiliate demonstrating exceptional leadership, strong community presence, outreach to diverse communities and continuing progress on carrying out the NAMI mission."
NAMI Juneau is awarded $15,400 from the Juneau Community Foundation's Hope Endowment Fund to support a part-time Outreach Coordinator staff position to expand our peer programs and help connect families in Juneau with mental health services.
