In Person Support Group

DBT Skills Workshop: Join us once a month, on the first Wednesday of the month, for a DBT Skills Workshop. This is led by a trained peer facilitator, not a mental health professional.

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills can be helpful to anyone working to manage their mental health symptoms and emotions.
