NAMI Family & Friends is a free, 4-hour seminar that informs and supports family members, partners, friends and significant others who have loved ones with a mental health condition. Participants will receive an overview of:

NAMI Alaska will offer its first ever
NAMI Family & Friends seminar online Thursday, October 24th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.
At the seminar you'll learn about mental health conditions, how best to support loved ones undergoing a mental health challenge, and more.
