Meets the 2nd & 4th Thursday of every month from 6:00-7:30 pm

What is the Connection Peer Support Group?

We invite you to join a free, peer-led support group for adults. Led by trained facilitators who also experience mental health challenges, this group is a confidential place to find mutual support, share challenges, discover resources, and learn new coping skills. It’s easy to imagine that nobody knows what you’re going through, but we do.

Do I need to register?

You are welcome to drop into any scheduled Connection Peer Support Group meeting. You do not need to register for this program.

Where does the Connection Group meet?

At the NAMI Juneau office in the Jordan Square Building, located at 9000 Glacier Hwy, Suite 201, 2nd floor, first door on the right.

  • Do you live with mental health challenges?

  • Are you wondering how to cope?

  • Are you looking for ways to reduce stress?

  • Are you interested in connecting with others?
